The property was not adequately cleaned before our arrival, with dirty surfaces, hairs, and unhygienic conditions. the general state of the property showed signs of poor maintenance, with scratched walls and scuffs.

The location of these affordable apartments is ideal for those visiting attractions like the United ground and the city centre, with shops nearby for everyday needs. The apartments are clean and well-maintained, with spotless rooms and bathrooms. The management team is prompt in responding and ensuring a smooth check-in process. the facilities, such as the lock box for key access, provide convenience for guests.

Parking can be a bit cumbersome and requires payment through a parking app, which might be an inconvenience for some guests.

The property was in poor condition upon our arrival, with dirty surfaces, dirty floors, and even wet dishes left out. The lack of cleanliness made it impossible for us to sleep comfortably. The property also lacked basic amenities such as hand towels and toiletries, forcing us to purchase them ourselves. I cannot recommend this property for a stay in Manchester.
